I offer virtual and in-person therapy sessions for adults, adolescents, and couples in Ottawa and across Ontario.

No matter what you're facing, my goal is to help you feel heard and understood in an non-judgemental, supportive environment. I am on your side, and together we'll explore how your thoughts, feelings, actions, and physical sensations are interconnected. This understanding can foster resiliency, self-esteem, and new ways of relating to yourself and others that better serve you.

My approach is rooted in seeing the world through your eyes. Together, we'll identify the places you feel stuck, and uncover the patterns of thoughts, emotions, and responses that have held you there. From there, we'll work towards change that you can not only understand, but feel in your daily life.

I am trauma-trained, and based in attachment theory. I focus on helping you build a confident, compassionate relationship with yourself. I primarily work with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, and men's issues, as well as communication issues in individuals and couples. ​

My work is integrative, drawing from Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and more. I take a holistic look at your experience to help move you to where you want to be. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting your growth.
